Phoenix Latex will only accept refunds or exchanges if the goods are faulty. Exchanges or refunds on returned goods are only accepted if the item is in its original condition and unlubed together with the receipt. All exchanges must include instructions on what size you require and a new item will be sent to you. Returns must be shipped back with the receipt for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All exchanges and returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days after receipt.
Please remember ALL items are custom made by the measurements YOU supply. Returns will only be excepted if my calculations are off.
Please note: For reasons of hygiene, underwear will only be exchanged if they are faulty. All goods are thoroughly checked prior to shipping
